HOW TO USE: For external use only; do not apply directly to the skin. Always dilute with a carrier oil. Use 1% for daily facial care (5-6 drops in 30ml carrier oil), 2% for daily body care (10-12 drops in 30ml carrier oil), and 3-5% for acute care (15-30 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Approximately 1ml is equivalent to about 16 drops.
